Very exciting to see a Pure Player go into private label products. What is even more interesting is the fact that they are using feedback from the site to improve the products. Also hats off to Zappos to finding a niche to start their private label lines by seeing gaps that their customer’s mentioned. It all comes down to understanding that Social Commerce leads to interactions that make the entire value chaine more valuable.
